THÀNH PHẦN HÓA HỌC CAO CHIẾT ETHYL ACETAT LÁ CÂY KHÔI

Bảy hợp chất đã được phân lập từ cao chiết ethyl acetat lá cây khôi (Ardisia gigantifolia Stapf.). Cấu trúc của các hợp chất được xác định là acid benzoic (1), acid ferulic (2), acid vanillic (3), acid gallic (4), (3S,5R,6R,7E,9S)-megastigm-7-en-3,5,6,9-tetrol (5), acid hexahydroxydiphenic (6) và acid 5-(hydroxymethyl)furan-2-carboxylic (7) dựa trên việc phân tích phổ 1D NMR, 2D NMR, MS và so sánh với tài liệu tham khảo. Trong đó, các hợp chất 5-7 lần đầu tiên được phân lập từ chi Ardisia và hợp chất 2, 3 lần đầu được phân lập từ loài A. gigantifolia.

Summary

Chemical Constituents from the Ethyl Acetate Extract of Ardisia gigantifolia Stapf. Leaves

Seven compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Ardisia gigantifolia Stapf. leaves. Their chemical structures were elucidated as benzoic acid (1), ferulic acid (2), vanillic acid (3), gallic acid (4), (3S,5R,6R,7E,9S)-megastigm-7-ene-3,5,6,9-tetrol (5), hexahydroxydiphenic acid (6), 5-(hydroxymethyl)furan-2-carboxylic acid (7) on the basis of detailed analysis of the 1D and 2D NMR, MS spectroscopic data in comparison with the literature values. This is the first time to report the existence of compounds 5-7 from the genus Ardisia, and compounds 2-3 was isolated for the first time from A. gigantifolia.
