Study of alkaloids from Uncaria sessilifructus collected in Cao Bang province
The dried hook – bearing stem segment of Uncaria sessilifructus Roxb. growing in Cao Bang province contains alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, tanin, free sugars. Three alkaloids were isolated from it. On the basis of UV, IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, DEPT anlyses, they were proved to be identical to Tetrahydro alstonin, Mitraphyllin and Uncarin
