Các hợp chất triterpen và anthraquinon từ rễ vấn vương Đà Lạt Rubia philippinensis

Nghiên cứu hóa thực vật cao chiết ethanol của rễ cây vấn vương Đà Lạt đã phân lập được một hợp chất triterpen là 3β-acetoxy-13β-hydroxyolean-12-on (1) và hai anthraquinon là 1,4-dihydroxy-2-hydroxymethylanthraquinon (2) và 1, 3, 6-trihydroxy-2-methylanthraquinon (3). Cấu trúc hóa học của chúng được xác định bằng các phổ NMR, ESI-MS, IR và UV. Đây là lần đầu tiên 3 hợp chất này được phân lập từ loài Rubia philippinensis.

Summary

A Triterpenoid and Anthraquinones from the Roots of Rubia philippinensis A phytochemical fractionation of the ethanol extract of Rubia philippinensis Elmer. roots led to the isolation of a triterpene, 3β-acetoxy-13β-hydroxyolean-12-one (1) and two anthraquinones, 1,4-dihydroxy-2-hydroxymethylanthraquinone (2) and 1, 3, 6-trihydroxy-2-methylanthraquinone (3). Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods (NMR, ESI-MS, IR, and UV). All the compounds were isolated for the first time from the species R. philippinensis.
