Summary
Isolation of Hederacoside C and α-Hederin from Hedera helix L., Cultivated in Da Lat
By various chromatographic methods, hederacoside C and α-hederin were isolated from the ethanol extract of the aerial parts of Hedera helix L., cultivated in Da Lat, Lam Dong province. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods including 1D-NMR, 2D-NMR, ESI-MS, and IR. This is the first report of these compounds from H. helix, cultivated in Vietnam.
