Examining the Ability for Improving Content of Some Active Compounds in Biomass Rhodotorulasp.  and Hericium erinaceum by Enzyme Product from Trichoderma longibrachiatum

Enzyme product from Trichoderma longibrachiatum has used to disintegrate wall of medicine mushroom’s and fungi’s cells in order to improve content of some active compounds in their biomass. For red-yeast Rhodotorula sp., 0.25% enzyme product is appropriate concentration to isolate protein and carotenoid. For Hericium erinaceum, 0.4% enzyme product is appropriate to isolate polysaccharide, provitamin D and vitamin D effectively.
