Các oleanan saponin từ lá loài Aralia armata (Wall.) Seem

Bằng cách sử dụng các phương pháp sắc ký, ba hợp chất thuộc khung oleanan saponin bao gồm: narcissiflorin (1), stipuleanosid R₁ (2) và stipuleanosid R₂ (3) đã được phân lập từ lá loài Aralia armata. Cấu trúc của các hợp chất này được xác định bởi các phương pháp phổ 1D, 2D-NMR, đồng thời kết hợp so sánh với số liệu phổ của các hợp chất đã được công bố. Trong số các hợp chất này, hợp chất 3 được phân lập lần đầu tiên từ loài Aralia armata.

Summary

Oleanane Saponins from the Leaves of Aralia armata (Wall.) Seem

On the basis of various chromatography methods, three oleanane saponins, narcissiflorine (1), stipuleanoside R₁ (2), and stipuleanoside R₂ (3) have been isolated from the leaves of Aralia armata. Their structures were elucidated by 1D- and 2D-NMR and by comparison with those reported in the literatures. Compound 3 has been reported from Aralia armata for the first time.
