Tóm tắt
Ba hợp chất gồm allantoin (1), 1-monolinolenin (2) và cyclo-(phenylalanin-tyrosin) (3) được phân lập từ cao chiết methanol của củ mài Dioscorea persimilis Prain et Burk. thu thập tại Mê Linh, Vĩnh Phúc. Cấu trúc của chúng được xác định dựa số liệu phổ khối lượng và phổ cộng hưởng từ hạt nhân. Hợp chất 2 lần đầu tiên phát hiện trong chi Dioscorea, hợp chất 3 lần đầu tiên được phân lập từ Dioscorea persimilis.

Summary
Chemical Constituents of the Dioscorea persimilis Tuber Collected from Me Linh, Vinh Phuc, Vietnam
Phytochemical investigation of the methanol extract of Dioscorea persimilis Prain et Burk.resulted in the isolation of three compounds allantoin (1), 1-monolinolenin (2), and cyclo-(phenylalanine-tyrosine) (3). Their chemical structures of compounds 1 – 3 were identified by means of MS and NMR analyses. Compound 2 was obtained from the genus Dioscorea for the first time and 3 was isolated for the first time from Dioscorea persimilis.
