Summary

Metabolic Profiling of Arabidopsis thaliana Col. 0

Metabolic profiling of Arabidopsis thaliana Col.0 was investigated. Methanol-d₄ showed as the best direct extraction solvent for that purpose. Four flavonoids, six amino acids, five phenylpropanoids and other primary and secondary metabolites were identified by using NMR spectroscopy.
