Tóm tắt
Hai hợp chất farnesyl hydroquinon đã được phân lập từ cao chiết methanol của thể quả nấm linh chi (Ganoderma lucidum). Cấu trúc của chúng được xác định là ganomycin K (1) và ganomycin I (2) dựa vào các số liệu phổ ESI-MS, 1D và 2D NMR. Đây là lần đầu tiên các hợp chất này được phân lập từ loài G. lucidum.

Summary
Isolation of Two Farnesyl Hydroquinones from Ganoderma lucidum (Leyss Ex. Fr.) Karst
Two farnesyl hydroquinones were isolated from the methanol extract of Ganoderma lucidum fruiting bodies. Their structures were determined as ganomycin K (1) and ganomycin I (2) by spectroscopic methods including ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR. These compounds were isolated for the first time from G. lucidum.
