Studies on Acute Toxicity and Effects on Blood Pressure, Heart Rate in Experimental Animals of Some Processed Products from the Daughter Root of Aconitum carmichaeliiDebx. (Aconite) in Sa Pa
The study have shown that: Aconite sodium chloride, water extract, and total alkaloids isolated from water extract , corresponding to the oral dose of 2g of the daughter root ofAconitum carmichaelii Debx. per kg body weight of dog have not influenced the blood pressure and heart rate significantly. The oral LD50 of the total alkaloids was 1,97 g per kg body weight of mouse, corresponding to 562,2 g of the daughter root of Aconitum carmichaelii Debx. per kg body weight of mouse.
