Summary

The in vitro Activity of Herba Centipedae, Folium Calotropii, and

Folium Daturae on Trachea

The experimental results show that, the 1: 1 liquid extract of Folium Calotropii, Folium Daturae and herba Centipedae have relaxing activity in vitro on guinea pigtrachea. By this way, the experimental results have contributed to demonstrate that these three herb can be used for the treatment of asthma in traditional medicine and are the basis for the next study.
