H2O2 15% in 30 minute or HgCl2 0,1% in 15 minute is used to sterilize the surface of the Dendrobium nobile pod.
Mutiple shoots propagation is carried out in VW medium supplemented with 1.0 -2.0 mg/l BAP or 3.0 mg/l Kinetin and 20g/l saccazora.
The rate of surviving plants in green house is over 90%.
