Study on the Chemical Composition of “To tu giang khi” Liquid Extract
By the regular methods, flavonoid, coumarin, saponin, tanin, organic acid, amino acid, reduced sugar, fatty oil, carotenoid, and sterol were identified in the “To tu giang khi” liquid extract.
The presence of Angelica decursiva, Angelica sinensis and Citrus retienlata rind were determined in the “To tu giang khi” liquid extract.
The total flavonoid and total saponin concentration in the “To tu giang khi” liquid extract are 0.73 ± 0.06 (%) and 0.26 ± 0.04 (%) respectively.
