Isolation and Elucidation of Three Compounds from the Leaves of Clerodendrum philippinum Schauer var. symplex Wu et Fang Collected in Hanoi
From the ethylacetat extract of the leaves of Clerodendrum philipinum Schauer var. symplex Wu et Fang, three known compounds were isolated by various chromatography methods. Their structures were identified by means of spectroscopic methods, including 1D- and 2D-NMR, as Asperglaucide, Quercetin and 5,7-dihydroxy-6-methoxy-2-phenyl-4H-chromen-4-one. This paper describes the isolation and structural elucidation of three compounds from the ethyl acetat extract of the leaves of this species.
