\n\tPreliminary Synthesis of (±)-Clopidogrel

\n\tSimple process for preparation of (±)-clopidogrel was described. The synthesis was accomplished in two or three steps in above 76% and 70% overall yield, respectively. The synthetic route and the whole process for racemic clopidogrel were simple, easily controlled, economically, and environmental friendly, and the starting materials were commercially available and cheap.
