Summary

Diterpenoids Isolated from Coleus forskohlii Briq. Cultivated in Vietnam

A phytochemical study on the ethanol extract of the roots of Coleus forskohlii Briq. led to the isolation of three compounds (1-3). Their structures were identified as forskolin (1), forskolin F (2), 1,9-dideoxyforskolin (3) based on UV, IR, MS, NMR spectra in comparison with the literatures.
