Summary
Experimental Study of Cracetin Inhibitory Effect on Vascular Permeability
In the present study, the inhibitory effect of Cracetin on the vascular permeability has been investigated. The experimental results showed that:
1. Cracetin has inhibitory effect on the vascular permeability. The effect is dose dependent.
2. In mice, at the dose 42,50 mg/kg of body weight., Cracetin reduces significantly by 47,23% the amount of extravasated Evans-blue dye
In the same experimental conditions, the reference compound Rutin C in the dose 50 mg/kg has similar effects.
