The study on the interactions of Rotundin sulfat with Hexobarbital - hypnotic, Aminazin, Cardiamid - drugs that induce metabolic enzyms and Cloramphenicol, Pilocarpin - drugs that inhibit metabolic enzyms in the microsom of liver was carried out. The results of study showed that Rotundin sulfat is metabolized in the microsom of liver, this drug interacts with the test drugs and induces metabolic enzyms in the microsom of liver.
