Tóm tắt

Sáu hợp chất đã được phân lập từ phần trên mặt đất cây đại bi (Blumea balsamifera) thu hái tại Lai Châu, bao gồm retusin (1), cryptomeridiol (2), sterubin (3), eriodictyol (4), ombuin (5) và tamarixetin (6). Cấu trúc hóa học của chúng được xác định dựa trên cơ sở các dữ kiện phổ thực nghiệm (NMR, MS) và so sánh với các tài liệu đã công bố. Các hợp chất này lần đầu tiên được phân lập từ phần trên mặt đất cây đại bi thu hái tự nhiên ở Việt Nam.

Summary

Flavons, Flavanons and Sesquiterpene from Blumea balsamifera L. in Vietnam

Six compounds were isolated from the aerial parts of Blumea balsamifera L. collected in Lai Chau province including retusin (1), cryptomeridiol (2), sterubin (3), eriodictyol (4), ombuin (5), and tamarixetin (6). The chemical structures of these compounds were identified on the basis of NMR and MS analysis, and by comparison with the published data. All of them were isolated for the first time from B. balsamifera L. in Vietnam.
