Nghiên cứu thành phần hóa học của dịch chiết methanol phần trên mặt đất cây bán chi liên - Scutellaria barbata) đã phân lập được 4 hợp chất flavonoid và hai hợp chất lignan. Sử dụng các phương pháp phổ cộng hưởng từ hạt nhân 1 chiều, 2 chiều, các hợp chất được xác định là rivularin (1), hispidulin (2), cirsilineol (3), 4',5-dihydroxy-3',5',6,7-tetramethoxyflavon (4), (+)-pinoresinol (5) và (+)-syringaresinol (6).

Summary
Flavonoids and Lignans from Scutellaria barbata
A phytochemical investigation of the methanol extract of the aerial parts of Scutellaria barbata led to the isolation of four flavonoids and two lignans. By means of the spectroscopic methods including 1D-NMR and 2D-NMR, the isolated compounds were determined to be rivularin (1), hispidulin (2), cirsilineol (3), 4',5-dihydroxy-3',5',6,7-tetramethoxyflavone (4), (+)-pinoresinol (5) and (+)-syringaresinol (6).
