Summary

Ergostane and Lanostane Constituents from Ganoderma flexipes Collected in Tay Nguyen

Five compounds (22E)-ergosta-7,22-dien-3-one (1), (22E)-ergosta-7,22-dien-3β-ol (2), 3β-acetoxy-lanosta-7,9(11),24-triene-26-ol (3), lanosta-7,9(11),24-triene-3β,26-diol (4), and 3β-acetoxytirucalla-7,9(11)-diene-24,25-diol (5) have been isolated from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma flexipes (Ganodermataceae), collected in Tay Nguyen, Vietnam. Their chemical structures were elucidated by spectral analyses as well as comparison with the reported literatures. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report on the chemical compositions of Ganoderma flexipes mushroom.
