IRIDOID, FLAVON VÀ ACID p-HYDROXYBENZOIC TỪ LÁ NGŨ TRẢO

Tóm tắt
Năm hợp chất đã được phân lập từ lá ngũ trảo (Vitex negundo L.) thu hái tại Hà Nội, bao gồm acid p-hydroxybenzoic (1), luteolin (2), isoorientin (3), negundosid (4) và agnusid (5). Cấu trúc hóa học của chúng được xác định dựa trên cơ sở các dữ kiện phổ thực nghiệm (NMR, MS) và so sánh với các tài liệu đã công bố. Các hợp chất này lần đầu tiên được phân lập từ lá ngũ trảo trồng ở Việt Nam.

Summary
Iridoide, Flavone and p-Hydroxybenzoic acid from Vitex negundo L. Leaf
Five compounds were isolated from the leaves of Vitex negundo L. collected in Hanoi, including p-hydroxybenzoic acid (1), luteolin (2), isoorientin (3), negundoside (4) and agnuside (5). The chemical structure of these compounds were identified on the basis of NMR, MS analysis, and in comparison with the published data. All of them were isolated from the leaves of Vitex negundo L. for the first time in Vietnam.
