Summary
Kaempferia marginata Carey ex Roscoe - A New Plant Species Records to Flora of Vietnam
Through survey of medicial plant resources in Dinh mountain, Tan Hoa commune, Tan Thanh district, Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, Kaempferia marginata Carey ex Roscoe is identified as a new species in flora of Vietnam. Kaempferia marginata Carey ex Roscoe is characterized by leaf blade margin purple brown; labellum with longitudinal, purple bands at center. A full description with a colour plate and notes on the variability in morphology, distribution, phenology and uses of this species are given.
