Khảo sát thành phần hóa học của dây đòn gánh (Gouania leptostachya DC.) cho thấy sự có mặt của các nhóm chất như flavonoid, saponin triterpenoid, acid amin, đường khử, caroten và sterol. Trong đó flavonoid và saponin là 2 nhóm chất chính. Từ phân đoạn ethyl acetat, bằng các phương pháp sắc ký lớp mỏng và sắc ký cột pha thường và pha đảo đã phân lập 4 hợp chất thuộc nhóm flavonoid (1 – 4). Cấu trúc hóa học của 4 hợp chất này đã được xác định dựa trên các phương pháp phổ NMR, MS và so sánh với dữ liệu phổ đã được công bố, chúng gồm quercitrin (1), catechin (2), isoquercitrin (3) và kaempferol-3-O-(6-O-E-caffeoyl)-β-D-galactopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-rhamnopyranosid (4). Cả 4 hợp chất đều phân lập lần đầu tiên từ cây dây đòn gánh; hợp chất 3 và 4 lần đầu tiên được phân lập từ chi Gouania.

Summary

Chemical Investigation and Isolation of Flavonoids from Ethyl Acetat Fraction

of Gouania leptostachya DC.

Chemical investigation of the aerial part of Gouania leptostachya DC. resulted in the presence of flavonoid, saponin triterpenoid, amin acid, sugar, carotene and sterol. Among those, flavonoid and saponin are major compositions. Further extraction and isolation of the ethyl acetat fraction of the ethanol extract by thin layer chromatography and column chromatography methods obtained four flavonoids (1 – 4). The structures of the isolated compounds, including quercitrin (1), catechin (2), isoquercitrin (3) and kaempferol-3-O-(6-O-E-caffeoyl)-β-D-galactopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-rhamnopyranosid (4), were identified based on NMR and MS spectroscopic method in comparison with published data from literatures. All four compounds were isolated for the first time from Gouania leptostachya; compounds 3 and 4 were first isolated from the genus Gouania.
