Summary

Lanostane Triterpenoids and Ergostane Steroids from Ganoderma capense (Lloyd) Teng

Six compounds were isolated from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma capense collected in Tay Nguyen, including lanosta-7,9(11),24-trien-3β-ol (1), ganoderic acid Y (2), ganodermadiol (3), 7-oxo-ganoderic acid Z (4), ergosterol (5), and ergosterol peroxide (6). The structures of these compounds were established by MS and NMR (1D- and 2D-NMR) spectral methods and by comparison with the published data. This is the first time these compounds were isolated from G. capense.
