Tóm tắt

Từ cao chiết methanol thân cây dứa dại Pandanus tectorius, 4 hợp chất lignan và 2 hợp chất megastigman đã được phân lập. Dựa vào dữ liệu phổ NMR và MS, các hợp chất được xác định là: epipinoresinol 4-O-β-D glucopyranosid (1), pinoresinol 4-O-β-D-glucopyranosid (2), pinoresinol (3), isolariciresinol (4), vomifoliol (5) và roseosid (6).

Lignan and Megastigmane Constituents from Pandanus tectorius

Four lignans and two megastigmanes were isolated from the methanol extract of Pandanus tectorius stems. These compounds were identified as epipinoresinol 4-O-β-D glucopyranoside (1), pinoresinol 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), pinoresinol (3), isolariciresinol (4), vomifoliol (5), and roseoside (6) using NMR and MS data.
