Tóm tắt
Nghiên cứu thành phần hóa học phân đoạn nước của cây tỏa dương (Balanophora laxiflora Hemsl.) đã phân lập được sáu hợp chất isolariciresinol 4-O-β-D-glucopyranosid (1), lariciresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranosid (2), secoisolariciresinol-9′-O-β-D-glucopyranosid (3), secoisolariciresinol -4-O-β-D-glucopyranosid (4), 1-O-E-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranose (5) và coniferin (6). Cấu trúc hóa học của các chất này được xác định dựa trên cơ sở các dữ kiện phổ thực nghiệm và so sánh với số liệu đã công bố. Trong số các hợp chất này, hợp chất 1, 2, 3 và 4 lần đầu tiên được công bố phân lập từ loài B. laxiflora.

Summary
Phenolic Constituents from Aqueous Extract of Balanophora laxiflora Hemsl.
Phytochemical study on the aqueous extract of Balanophora laxiflora resulted in the isolation of 6 phenolics. They were identified as isolariciresinol 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), lariciresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), secoisolariciresinol-9′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), secoisolariciresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), 1-O-E-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranose (5) and coniferin (6) on the basis of their NMR spectral data and comparison with those reported in literatures. Among them, compounds 1, 2, 3 and 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
