Tóm tắt
Từ cao chiết methanol quả thể mẫu nấm Ganoderma multipileum, 7 hợp chất triterpen lanostan đã được phân lập. Dựa vào các số liệu phổ NMR và MS thu được, các hợp chất trên được xác định là: Lucidumol B (1), ganodermanontriol (2), ganoderiol F (3), ganoderitriol M (4), lucidumol A (5), acid 7-oxoganoderic Z (6) và acid ganoderic AM1 (7). Đây là công bố đầu tiên về thành phần hoá học của loài Ganoderma multipileum.

Summary
Lanostane Triterpenes from Ganoderma multipileum Fruiting Bodies
A phytochemical fractionation of the methanol extract of Ganoderma multipileum fruiting bodies led to the isolation of seven lanostane triterpenes. By means of the spectroscopic analysis, the isolated compounds were identified to be lucidumol B (1), ganodermanontriol (2), ganoderiol F (3), ganoderitriol M (4), lucidumol A (5), 7-oxoganoderic acid Z (6) and ganoderic acid AM1 (7). The present paper is the first report on the chemical composition of Ganoderma multipileum.
