Tóm tắt
Nghiên cứu đánh giá tác dụng chống trầm cảm và cải thiện trí nhớ của viên nang mềm phối hợp các cao chiết từ sâm Ngọc Linh và Cordyceps militaris (viên nang mềm SATONIC) trên thực nghiệm chuột nhắt bơi bắt buộc của Porsolt và trên mô hình gây suy giảm trí nhớ chuột bằng scopolamin. Kết quả cho thấy viên nang mềm phối hợp các cao chiết từ sâm Ngọc Linh và Cordyceps militaris ở liều 0,5 và 1 viên/kg thể hiện tác dụng chống trầm cảm tương tự với fluoxetin liều 20 mg/kg trên chuột bị stress cô lập và có tác dụng tăng cường khả năng học tập - ghi nhớ, tương tự với thuốc đối chiếu Tanakan® liều 40 mg/kg trên chuột nhắt bị gây suy giảm trí nhớ với scopolamin.

Summary
Experimental Study on Antidepressant and Memory - Enhancing Effects of a Preparation from Panax vietnamensis and Cordyceps militaris
This study was to evaluate antidepressant and memory enhancing effects of the capsules made from Panax vietnamensis and Cordyceps militaris extracts (named as SATONIC capsules). The result showed that the capsules made from Panax vietnamensis and Cordyceps militaris extracts at the oral dose of 0.5 to 1 capsules/kg mouse body weight in stressed mice significantly induced antidepressant effect which was equivalent to fluoxetine (20 mg/kg). Besides, pretreatment of the capsules made from Vietnamese ginseng and Cordyceps militaris extracts significantly exhibited the improving effect on scopolamine-induced memory impairment in mice to normal. The effect of the capsules made from Panax vietnamensis and Cordyceps militaris extracts was similar to reference drug Tanakan® (40 mg/kg).
