Từ dịch chiết ethanol 96% phần trên mặt đất của cây lấu (Psychotria asiatica L.) đã phân lập được 5 hợp chất β-sitosterol (1), 2-[(N-benzoylphenylalanyl)-amino]-3-phenylpropyl benzoat (2), asperglaucid (3), daucosterol (4) và catechin (5). Cấu trúc các hợp chất này được xác định bằng các phương pháp phổ NMR, MS, kết hợp so sánh với tài liệu tham khảo. Trong đó, ba hợp chất 2, 5 lần đầu tiên được phân lập từ cây này.

Summary
Chemical Constituents of the Aerial part from Psychotria asiatica L. Collected in Vietnam
Five compounds β-sitosterol (1), 2-((S)-2-benzamido-3-phenylpropanamino)-3-phenylpropyl benzoate (2), asperglaucid (3), daucosterol (4) and catechin (5) were isolated from an ethanol 96% extract of the aerial part of Psychotria asiatica L. Their chemical structures were identified using spectroscopic methods, and comparison with literature data. Compounds 2, 5 have been isolated for the first time from Psychotria asiatica L.
