Tóm tắt
Từ cặn ethyl acetat của cây tỏa dương, 4 hợp chất đã được phân lập bao gồm epoxyconiferyl alcohol (1), salicifoliol (2), 5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-furaldehyd (3) và ethyl caffeat (4). Cấu trúc của các hợp chất này được xác định bằng các phương pháp phổ như 1D-NMR, ESI-MS và so sánh với các dữ liệu đã công bố. Các hợp chất này đều được phân lập lần đầu tiên từ loài này. Hợp chất 1, 2 và 3 được công bố lần đầu tiên từ chi Balanophora.

Summary
Phenolic Compounds Isolated from Ethyl Acetate Extract of Balanophora laxiflora Hemsl.
From an ethyl acetate extract of Balanophora laxiflora,4 compounds have been isolated, including epoxyconiferyl alcohol (1), salicifoliol (2), 5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-furaldehyde (3), and ethyl caffeate (4). Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods including 1D-NMR, ESI-MS, and by comparison with published data. This is the first report of these compounds from this species. Compounds 1, 2, and 3 were isolated from genus Balanophora for the first time.
