Tóm tắt
Năm hợp chất đã được phân lập từ phần trên mặt đất của cây thạch tùng đuôi ngựa (Huperzia phlegmaria (L.) Rothm,) thu hái ở Việt Nam gồm 1 alcaloid: fawcettidin (1), 1 abietan diterpenoid: lycoxanthol (2) và 3 triterpenoid khung serratan: 21β-hydroxyserrat-14-en-3β-yl acetat (3), 21a-hydroxyserrat-14-en-3β-yl acetat (4) và 21a-hydroxyserrat-14-en-3β-ol (5). Cấu trúc hóa học của chúng được xác định dựa trên cơ sở dữ liệu các phổ thực nghiệm và các đặc trưng lý hóa có so sánh đối chiếu với các tài liệu tham khảo đã công bố. Trong đó (1) và (2) là công bố lần đầu tiên phân lập được từ loài thạch tùng đuôi ngựa.

Summary
Phytochemical Constituents of the Arial Parts of Huperzia phlegmaria (L.) Rothm.
From the arial parts of Huperzia phlegmaria (L.) Rothm., five compounds (1-5) were isolated by using various chromatographic methods. Isolated compounds were identified as one alkaloid fawcettidine (1), one abitane diterpenoid - lycoxanthol (2) and three serratane frame triterpenoids including 21β-hydroxyserrat-14-en-3β-yl acetate (3), 21a-hydroxyserrat-14-en-3β-yl acetate (4) and 21a-hydroxyserrat-14-en-3β-ol (5) by analyzing their spectroscopic and comparison with the literature data. Among them, compounds (1) and (2) were isolated from H. phlegmaria for the first time.
