Flavonoid Isolated from the Aerial Parts of Melastoma candidum D.Don Collected in Vietnam

A phytochemical fractionation of the ethyl acetate extract of the aerial parts of Melastoma candidum D. Don led to the isolation of three flavonoids. By means of the spectrocopic methods including MS, NMR, the isolated compounds were determined to be quercetin, quercitrin, naringenin. This is the first study on the phytochemistry of Melastoma candidum D. Don growing in Vietnam.

Nghiên cứu thành phần hóa học cao chiết ethyl acetat phần trên mặt đất cây mua bà đã phân lập được ba flavonoid. Bằng các dữ kiện phổ MS, NMR đã xác định được cấu trúc hóa học của chúng là quercetin, quercitrin, naringenin. Đây là lần đầu tiên thành hóa học của cây mua bà thu hái ở Việt Nam được công bố.
