Tóm tắt
Nhộng trùng thảo (Cordyceps militaris) là một loài nấm dược liệu quan trọng, từ lâu đã được sử dụng để điều trị nhiều bệnh và bồi bổ sức khỏe. Tuy nhiên, ở Việt Nam còn có ít công bố về nuôi cấy nấm C. militaris. Nghiên cứu này đánh giá ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố dinh dưỡng đến quá trình sinh trưởng, phát triển của chủng nấm C. militaris NBRC 100741 trên giá thể nhân tạo. Kết quả nghiên cứu đã cho thấy hệ sợi nấm sinh trưởng và phát triển tốt trên môi trường PDA cải tiến chứa dịch chiết khoai tây (200 g/L)+ dextrose (20 g/L) + thạch (7 g/L) + pepton (2,5 g/L) + cao nấm men (2,5 g/L). Sau 5 ngày nuôi cấy ở 250C, hệ sợi nấm được cấy chuyển sang bình nuôi trồng 500 mL chứa gạo tám lứt (25 g), bột nhộng (20 g) đã được vô trùng để tạo thể quả.

Summary
Effects of Nutrition on Growth and Development of Cordyceps militaris NBRC 100741 Strain
Cordyceps militaris is a highly valued medicinal fungus, used in traditional medicine to treat many diseases and improve health. But in Vietnam, there is not much article referred to the effective culture protocol for Cordyceps militaris. This study evaluated the effects of various nutritional components on growth and development of C. militaris NBRC 100741 strain. The results showed that suitable culture medium for the growth and development of the mycelia of C. militaris NBRC 100741 containing potato extract (200g/L) + dextrose (20g/L) + agar (7g/L) + pepton (2.5g/L) + yeast extract (2.5g/L ). Cultures were maintained at a temperature of 250C. After 5 days of culture, they were transferred to culture bottles 500 mL containing autoclaved rice (25 g) and silkworm pupa powder (20 g) for cordyceps mushroom.
