Nghiên cứu thành phần hóa học của rễ cây bảy lá một hoa (Paris yunanensis Franch.) thu hái ở Kontum (Việt Nam) đã phân lập được 4 hợp chất steroid là diosgenin, gracillin và một hỗn hợp gồm stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosid và β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosid. Cấu trúc hóa học của các hợp chất được xác định trên cơ sở phân tích các dữ kiện phổ NMR, và so sánh với dữ liệu có trong các tài liệu tham khảo.

Summary
Isolation some Steroids from Paris yunanensis Franch. Collected in Kontum, Vietnam
Four steroidal compounds: diosgenin (1), a mixture included stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2) and β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), and gracillin (4) were isolated from the rhizomes of Paris yunanensis Franch. collected in Kontum, Vietnam. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analyses and compared with those in literatures.
