Tóm tắt

Từ lá cây đậu dầu (Pongamia pinnata L.), mẫu thu hái tại Thừa Thiên Huế, đã chiết tách, phân lập được 4 hợp chất bao gồm ovalichromene B, glabrachromene I, β-sitosterol và daucosterol. Cấu trúc của chúng được xác định bằng các phương pháp phổ NMR, MS, có so sánh với tài liệu tham khảo. Trong đó, ovalichromene B là thông báo đầu tiên về thành phần này có trong chi Pongamia.

Summary

Pyranoflavanone and Sterol from the Plant Pongamia pinnata (L.) (Fabaceae) Growing in Thua Thien Hue Province

Phytochemical studies on the leaves of Pongamia pinnata, led to the isolation of four compounds including ovalichromene B (1), glabrachromene I (2), β-sitosterol (3) and daucosterol (4). Their structures were determined using one and two dimensional NMR, MS spectroscopic methods, in addition to comparison with literature data. Ovalichromene B (1) has been discovered for the first time from Pongamia genus.
