Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu thành phần hóa học cao chiết n-hexan và ethyl acetat của thân rễ cây hương lâu đã phân lập được hai dẫn xuất của naphtalen. Bằng các dữ kiện phổ UV, IR, MS, NMR đã xác định được cấu trúc hóa học của chúng là dianellidin và một glycosid của nó có tên là dianelin. Đây là lần đầu tiên thành hóa học của cây hương lâu thu hái ở Việt Nam được công bố.

Summary

Naphthalene Derivatives Isolated from the Rhizoma of Dianella ensifolia (L.) DC. Collected in Vietnam

A phytochemical fractionation of the n-hexan and ethyl acetate extracts from the rhizoma of Dianella ensifolia (L.) DC led to the isolation of two naphthalene derivatives. By means of the spectrocopic methods including UV, IR, MS, NMR, the isolated compounds were determined to be dianellidin (1), dianelin (2). This is the first study on the phytochemistry of Dianella ensifolia (L.) DC growing in Vietnam
