Nghiên cứu thành phần hóa học của lá cây gối hạc đã phân lập được bốn chất 1-4. Bằng các dữ kiện phổ UV, IR, MS, và NMR đã xác định được cấu trúc hóa học của chúng đều là các flavonoid, gồm myricitrin (1), 7- methoxymyricitrin (2), rhamnetin-3-O-a-L-rhamnopyranosid (3), và juglanin (4). Đây là công bố đầu tiên về thành phần hóa học của cây gối hạc Leea rubra.

Summary

Flavonoids from the Leaves of Leea rubra Blume ex Spreng

A phytochemical study on the leaves of Leea rubra Blume ex Spreng led to the isolation of four compounds (1-4). By means of spectrocopic methods (UV, IR, MS, NMR), the isolated compounds were identified to be all flavonoids, including myricitrin (1), 7- methoxymyricitrin (2), rhamnetin-3-O-a-L-rhamnopyranosid (3) and juglanin (4). This is the first report on the chemical constituents of Leea rubra.
