Antioxydant and Choleretic Activities of Herba Piperis lolot
The ethanol extract 2:1 and solution 5% of total flavonoid from aerial parts of Piperis lolot were investigated for antioxydant and choleretic activities. Ethanol extract 2:1 inhibited lipid peroxydation in cell suspension of liver by 40.6%, of brain by 47.6%. Solution 5% of flavonoid inhibited lipid peroxydation in homogenate liver by 56.9%, and homogenate brain by 41.1% in comparison with control group. The ethanol extract 2:1 increases choleresis by 18.03% and the solution 5% of flavonoid increases it by 35.5% in comparison with control group.
