1,0 g paris saponin II được phân lập từ phần trên mặt đất của dược liệu bảy lá một hoa bằng phương pháp sắc ký cột. Chúng tôi thiết lập paris saponin II làm chất chuẩn dựa trên các tiêu chí trong dược điển Việt Nam V. Kết quả cho thấy hợp chất paris saponin II đạt hàm lượng 99,06% tính theo nguyên trạng, độ không đảm bảo đo mở rộng U = ± 0,67% với hệ số phủ k = 2 ở mức tin cậy 95%, đủ điều kiện thiết lập chuẩn Dược điển Việt Nam.

Summary
Extraction and Establishment of the Paris Saponin II Reference Standard
from the Aerial Part of Paris polyphylla var. chinensis Smith
1.0 g paris saponin II was isolated from the aerial part of Paris polyphylla var. chinensis Smith using column chromatographic method. The establishment of the paris saponin II as a reference standard based on the criteria in Vietnamese Pharmacopoeia V (VPV). Results showed that the content of paris saponin II was 99.06%, an expanded uncertainty U = ± 0.67%, a coverage factor k = 2, the level of confidence 95% (average results from two laboratories), meet the requirements of the VPV to establish as a Reference Standard.
