Phenolic Glycoside Constituents from the Rhizomes of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz
Four compounds were isolated from Atractylodes macrocephala rhizomes as syringin (1), syringaresinol-4-O-b-D-glucoside (2), ent-syringylglycerol-8-O-4′-sinapyl ether 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), syn-syringylglycerol-8-O-4′-sinapyl ether 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4). Their structures were elucidated by ESI-MS, NMR spectroscopic evidence and in comparison with published data. Compounds 2, 3, and 4 have been isolated from this plant for the first time.
