Development of Simultaneous Quantitive HPLC Analysis for Determining G-Rb₁, G-Rg₁ and MR2 from Panax vietnamensis

This study was made to develop the quantitative analysis for the simultaneous determination of G-Rb₁, G-Rg₁ and MR2, the major active components in Panax vietnamensis by using HPLC-DAD system with C18 reverse phase column. This HPLC method evaluated reachs the high specifiness, repeatibility, linearity and accuracy; it can be applied to determine simultaneously G-Rb₁, G-Rg₁ and MR2 from Panax vietnamensisor all products prepared from these materials.
