\n\tSummary
\n\tDetermination of Some Active Components in Fructus gardeniae by Thin Layer Chromatography - Scanning Method fof Standardization
\n\tThin layer chromatography- fingerprint (TLC-FP) analysis of iridoids and crocin pigment and quantitative determination of geniposide, the major iridoid component on fructus gardeniae were performed. For TLC-FP identification of iridoids, the solvent system of N.butanol : acid acetic : nước ( 7 : 2 :1 ) and anisaldehyde- sulphuric acid reagent were used. For TLC-FP identification of crocin pigment, the solvent system of Ethylacetat: isopropanol: nước ( 6,5 : 2,5 : 1) was used; the detection is observed in day ligth and under UV 254 fluoresent. TLC plate silicagel 60 Merck was used for the identification . For quantitative analysis, the solvent system is the same one for the separation of crocin pigment, HPTLC plate silicagel 60 Merck was used and scanning was performed at l235nm by Camag TLC scanner3. The calibration plot is linear in the range of 0,4 - 2,4 mg ( r : 0,99781). The repeatability and the average recovery of the method is 1,451% (RSD) and 103,0%, respectively. The methods take part in research standardization and quality control of Fructus Gardeniae.
