Tóm tắt
Bốn saponin steroid gồm diosgenin (1), diosgenin-a-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1®2)-[β-D-xylofuranosyl(1®3)]-β-D-glucopyranosid (2), pennogenin-a-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1®2)-[β-D-xylofuranosyl(1®3)]-β-D-glucopyranosid (3) và paris saponin H (4) được phân lập từ cắn chiết ethyl acetat phần thân rễ loài bảy lá một hoa (Paris polyphylla var. chinensis Franch.) thu hái tại Đà Lạt - Lâm Đồng và Sa Pa - Lào Cai. Cấu trúc của các hợp chất này được xác định dựa trên phân tích phổ khối lượng, cộng hưởng từ hạt nhân và so sánh với dữ liệu phổ đã được công bố.

Summary
Steroidal Saponins Isolated from the Ethyl Acetate Extract of the Rhizome of
Paris polyphylla var. chinensis Franch.
Four steroidal saponins: diosgenin (1), diosgenin-a-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1®2)-[β-D-xylofuranosyl(1®3)]-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), pennogenin-a-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1®2)-[β-D-xylofuranosyl(1®3)]-β-D-glucopyranoside (3) and paris saponin H (4) were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the rhizome of Paris polyphylla var. chinensis Franch., cultivated in Botanical Garden-Da Lat (Lam Dong) and Sa Pa-Lao Cai. Their structures were elucidated by analysis of MS, NMR spectroscopy and comparison with data published in the literature. Among those, compounds 2 and 3 were first reported in rhizome of Paris polyphylla var. chinensis Franch.
