Tóm tắt
Diosgenin đã được chiết bằng dung môi siêu tới hạn từ một số loài cây khác trên thế giới. Đây là công bố đầu tiên về nghiên cứu phương pháp chiết xuất diosgenin từ Dioscorea collettii Hook.f) bằng dung môi siêu tới hạn. Kết quả cho thấy nếu sử dụng đồng dung môi aceton kết hợp với CO2 siêu tới hạn (sCO2), áp suất 250 bar, ở nhiệt độ 500C, thời gian 4-5 giờ để chiết xuất diosgenin từ nần nghệ (D. collettii) sẽ mang lại hiệu quả tối ưu.

Summary
Establishing Extraction Process of Diosgenin  from Dioscorea collettii Hook.f
Using Supercritical Solvents
Diosgenin was extracted with supercritical solvent from a number of other plants in the world. This is the first published research on method of extracting diosgenin from Dioscorea collettii Hook.f using supercritical solvent. Results showed that, if used in combination acetone with supercritical CO2 (sCO2), 250 bar pressure, at a temperature of 500C, time 4-5 hours will bring optimal efficiency.
