Tóm tắt

Năm hợp chất tinh khiết (1 – 5) đã được phân lập từ phân đoạn ethyl acetat của phần trên mặt đất cây nho đất (Vitis balansana Planch.) bằng các phương pháp sắc ký. Trên cơ sở của các phổ NMR, MS và các đặc trưng lý hóa có so sánh đối chiếu với các tài liệu tham khảo đã công bố, cấu trúc hóa học của các hợp chất được xác định gồm một stilben: resveratrol (1); hai flavon: quercetin (2) và quercetin 3-O-β-D-glucuronid methyl ester (5); 5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-furfural (3); và acid gallic (4). Đây là lần đầu tiên các hợp chất này được phân lập từ nho đất.

Summary

Phytochemical Constiuents of Ethyl Acetate Fraction of The Arial Parts

of Vitis balansana Planch.

From the ethyl acetate fraction of Vitis balansana Planch., a stilben – resveratrol (1), two flavones: quercetin (2) and its glycoside - quercetin 3-O-β-D-glucuronide methyl ester (5), 5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-furfural (3), and acid gallic (4) were isolated by various chromatographic methods. Their structures were identified by their physico-properties and spectrosopies including 1D-, 2D-NMR, and MS and by comparison to those of literature data. These compounds were identified for the first time in the Vitis balansana Planch..
