\n\tQuantification of b-Carotene in Several Fruits and Vegetables
\n\tby LC-MSD Ion Trap Agilent 1200 Series
\n\tb-Carotene, a precursor of vitamin A, is a potent antioxidant agent and helpful in preventing various human diseases. Fruits and vegetables are considered as important sources of natural b-carotene. The present paper describes the extraction and quantification of b-carotene in several Vietnamese fruits and vegetables by the LC-MSD Ion Trap Agilent 1200 Series apparatus.
