ĐẶC ĐIỂM THỰC VẬT VÀ VI HỌC CỦA CÂY XĂNG SÊ

Tóm tắt
Nghiên cứu đặc điểm hình thái thực vật, đặc điểm vi học của cây xăng sê thu hái tại tỉnh Tuyên Quang. Kết quả đã xác định được tên khoa học của cây là: Sanchezia nobilis Hook.f. (họ Acanthaceae); đồng thời bộ dữ liệu về đặc điểm vi phẫu (thân, lá) và đặc điểm vi học bột dược liệu (thân, lá) của loài Sanchezia nobilis Hook.f. đã được xây dựng. Đặc điểm hình thái cây như: có tràng hoa màu vàng nhạt, lá bắc hơi nhọn. Đặc điểm vi phẫu như: Tinh thể canci oxalat hình kim nằm rải rác trong các tế bào mô mềm thân cây; bột thân có mảnh mạch xoắn, bột lá có mảnh biểu bì mang lỗ khí.

Summary
Morphological and Microscopical Characteristics of Sanchezia nobilis Hook.f.
Morphological and microscopical characteristics of “Xang se” collected in Tuyen Quang province was studied. Results have identified the scientific name of the plant as Sanchezia nobilis Hook.f. (Acanthaceae). Besides, the morphological characteristics of leaf, stem and microscopical ones of herbal powder (leaf and stem) of Sanchezia nobilis Hook.f. species were established. Morphological characteristics such as with pale yellow corolla, slightly pointed bracts. Microscopical characteristics such as needle-shaped calcium oxalate crystals scattered in the soft tissue of the stem; stem powder with twisted vascular grafts; leaf powder with epidermal fragments bearing air holes.
