PHÂN LẬP CÁC XANTHON TỪ RỄ CÂY VIỄN CHÍ HOA VÀNG

Tóm tắt
Năm hợp chất 1-5 được phân lập từ rễ loài viễn chí hoa vàng (Polygala arillata Buch. – Ham. ex D. Don) thu hái tại Sapa, Việt Nam. Phân tích các dữ liệu hóa lý và phổ (UV, IR, MS, NMR) thu được từ thực nghiệm đã xác định được cả 5 chất đều thuộc nhóm xanthon, gồm 1,7-dihydroxy-4-methoxy xanthon (1), 1,3-dihydroxy xanthon (2), 1,7-dihydroxy xanthon (3), 1-methoxy-2,3-methylendioxy xanthon (4) và 1,7-dimethoxy xanthon (5). Đây là lần đầu tiên bốn hợp chất 1-3 và 5 được phân lập từ loài P. arillata.

Summary
Isolation of Xanthones from the Roots of Polygala arillata Buch. – Ham. ex D. Don
Phytochemical study on the roots of Polygala arillata Buch. – Ham. ex D. Don collected in Vietnam led to the isolation of five compounds (1-5). By means of physicochemical and spectrocopic methods (UV, IR, MS, NMR), the isolated compounds were identified to be 1,7-dihydroxy-4-methoxy xanthone (1), 1,3-dihydroxy xanthone (2), 1,7-dihydroxy xanthone (3), 1-methoxy-2,3-methylendioxy xanthone (4), 1,7-dimethoxy xanthone (5). This is the first report on the presence of compounds 1-3 and 5 from P. arillata.
