Investigation of Medicinal Plants and Experiences of Using Medicinal Plants by Ethnics at some Communes of the Buffer Zones of Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park

Through the investigation of medicinal plants and experiences of using medicinal plants of ethnics at some communes of the buffer zones of Phongnha-Kebang national park, 297 species of medicinal plants and 81 remedies used for treatment of 15 different kinds of diseases were obtained. According to the Red Data Book of Vietnam, 13 species of medicinal plants are rare, specious and should be conserved.
